Stranger Things is an American supernatural horror web television series. It is created, written and directed by the Duffer Brothers, who also serve as executive producers. The second season stars the returning cast with Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery added to the cast list and Priah Ferguson promoted from recurring to starring.
Stranger Things is set in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the 1980s. The first season focuses on the investigation into the disappearance of a young boy amid supernatural events occurring around the town. This includes the appearance of a girl with psychokinetic abilities who helps the missing boy’s friends in their own search. The first season premiered on July 15, 2016 and it became an instant hit. And it’s still going strong today with a much anticipated season 4 releasing in two parts in May and July 2022. Fans are now awaiting the fifth and final season to drop.
